Kenzie and Eli's wedding day was nothing short of magical. The December day was perfect, from the weather to the people filling the ballroom to the end. The wedding was held at the stunning The Jefferson in Oxford, Mississippi, which provided a beautiful backdrop for the couple's special day.

Kenzie looked breathtaking on her big day. She got ready with her bridesmaids in the Jefferson girl's lounge, sharing a sweet moment with her mom as she wore her incredible blush pink bridal gown. Her gown had plenty of tulle, making her look like an absolute dream. Eli also looked very handsome in his black suit with a matching black shirt. All the guests were asked to wear black, which added to the elegant wedding atmosphere.

Eli's father officiated the ceremony, and the winter decorations on the mantle made the ceremony space look even more beautiful. Before Kenzie walked out of the door, Eli was asked to turn around, and his face said it all as Kenzie walked down the aisle to her room. They exchanged their vows and commitments to each other in front of all of their family and friends, making for a very tender moment for the couple.

After the ceremony, all the guests were invited for a sit-down formal meal in the ballroom. The Jefferson ballroom had been filled with tables and chairs with black tablecloths and beautiful winter centerpieces, providing a warm and cozy atmosphere for all the guests. Kenzie and Eli had their first dance, played by a talented band, and Eli even sang the song for the Father and Daughter dance. When it was time for the bouquet toss, Kenzie dedicated it to her mom, her best friend and biggest help as they planned the wedding together. Kenzie's sister also made a short speech expressing her excitement and joy for Eli and Kenzie coming together.

As the night ended, the guests bid farewell to the newlyweds under a tunnel of sparklers. Kenzie and Eli left in an antique car, making for a grand exit. The day was one of the most sentimental and intentional wedding days, and capturing it all on film was a pleasure.

Kenzie and Eli's wedding was a beautiful celebration of love, family, and friendship. They were married on December 30, 2023, at The Jefferson in Oxford, Mississippi.

Kara and Jason’s wedding day was filled with beauty at literally every phase of the day. From the gorgeous Catholic cathedral to the insanely decadent tent at Linden Plantation, everything was perfect for this sweet couple.

Kara and her bridesmaids got ready at the Lofts in downtown Greenville. Kara had a first look with her dad, two brothers, and bridesmaids there. Kara’s wedding gown was stunning, with the sleeves hanging off her shoulders.

Kara and Jason decided that they would not have a first look before the ceremony. Photos were taken separately in front of the church with the bridal party and family. It was such a joy to see Jason’s face when he saw Kara walking down the aisle during the ceremony. They were excited to finally be together and to finally be married. After two solo songs, scripture readings, and vows and an exchange of rings, Kara and Jason were husband and wife.

The reception that followed was at the lovely Linden Plantation. The sun came out and made the waters of Lake Washington glitter as we took photos and film of the happy couple. They were so happy to be together and celebrate their day. The tent was placed in front of the house and was beautifully decorated with drapes, furniture, foliage, and lights. The amazing cakes were made by Jason’s mother. The band didn’t have to work to get the guests ready to party. Everyone was ecstatic to dance, eat, and drink. Everything about Kara and Jason’s day was easy-going and joyful.

Kara and Jason were married on February 25, 2023, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Greenville, Mississippi.

#SoonToBeSohn

For some couples, the date of their wedding doesn’t matter simply because they are just excited about getting married. But for Kayla and Zach, their wedding date wasn’t just a date. They chose to get married on the 55th wedding anniversary of Kayla’s grandparents. How incredible is that! Kayla saw what an amazing honor it was to share her wedding date with people who were so very special to her.

Though they live in Missouri, something about the town of Oxford and "The Jefferson" made Kayla and Zach want to "tie the knot" there. Before the 3:30 wedding, with no first look, there were tons of sentimental aspects. Kayla had a gift for almost everyone in the family. She had even written a letter to Zach’s groomsmen while Zach had written a letter to each of Kayla’s bridesmaids. They were so thoughtful and intentional with everyone who made their day special.

The ceremony was the highlight of the whole day. When Zach saw Kayla walking down the aisle to meet him, his face was truly indescribable. The ease they exuded when they were together was felt by everyone. In light of her grandparents' anniversary, Kayla’s grandfather officiated the wedding. Kayla and Zach shared personal vows that were heartfelt and thoughtful. To complete their ceremony, their sweet pups greeted them as they walked down the aisle as husband and wife.

The celebration was another amazing part of the day. Not only did they have a cake for themselves, but they also had a wedding cake for Kayla’s grandparents. Speeches were also given in honor of the new couple. So many kind and wonderful things were said about them individually and as a couple. There was no problem celebrating Kayla and Zach with dancingdrinking, and a little wrestling! Kayla and Zach’s day was filled to the fullest with sentimentality, intentionality, and enjoyment.

Kayla and Zach were married on November 11, 2022, at The Jefferson in Oxford, Mississippi.

At the end of winter, outdoor weddings can be a gamble. You may get wintery rain or beautiful sunshine. Luckily, Caitlin and Caleb’s wedding day, the first Saturday of March, turned out to be a perfect day for an outdoor wedding. Sunshine and a light breeze made it feel like spring was quickly approaching.

Caitlin and her bridal party got ready at a gorgeous Airbnb loft in downtown Columbus, MS. The loft had a gigantic window at the front so the small city skyline made a lovely backdrop as Caitlin got into her gown. Caitlin was breathtakingly beautiful. Caitlin also made all the floral bouquets which added a sweet touch to the details of the day. After a couple of 'beauty shots' downtown, we all headed to her family land outside of Caledonia, MS where the ceremony and reception were to be held. Caleb and his groomsmen looked sharp in their blue suits.

Caitlin and Caleb did not have a first look before the wedding ceremony, so the anticipation was quite clear. It was so sweet to see them so excited to be husband and wife. The ceremony was held in a gorgeous green lane surrounded by trees and brush. You could even see rabbits hopping by throughout the day. Finally, the moment came when Caitlin walked down the aisle and Caleb couldn’t hold it together. He knew she would be beautiful as he stated in his letter to her, but it was evident that she blew him away as she walked toward him to become his wife.

The ceremony was officiated by Caleb’s grandfather. They said their vows only to each other as they placed soil around a magnolia tree pot that they will plant near their future home.

The reception followed on a different part of their land. The tent housed a beautifully decorated area for eating and gathering. A food truck and a cocktail truck had plenty to serve the happy guests and the new bride and groom. Everything about Caitlin and Caleb’s day was amazing.

Caitlin and Caleb were married on March 5, 2022, on their property in Caledonia, Mississippi.

It was set for January, but in hindsight, January would have never been as beautiful as August 7 for the wedding of Ainsley and Jay. Though it was pushed back because of the uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic, it was still one of the most beautiful wedding days of which we have ever had the honor to film. Ainsley and Jay were soft-spoken, genuinely kind, and easy-going. They choose to wait until the ceremony to see each other which did make nerves a bit overwhelming at times. But it was all worth the wait when Jay finally saw Ainsley walking down the gorgeous aisle to meet him at the altar.

Ainsley’s wedding gown was like no other gown we have ever seen and we loved it! With Jay’s Indian heritage, Ainsley wanted to reflect and honor that in the details of her gown. With a high neck collar and the flowing layers of the train, she was absolutely stunning. Then as the icing on the cake, the veil she chose was a short vintage-inspired veil that covered a small portion of her face. Ainsley was the definition of elegance.

The ceremony was gorgeous and just the perfect amount of time since it was outside at twilight in August. Family and friends reveled at finally seeing such two incredible people finally married.

The decorations and floral arrangements for all aspects of the wedding ceremony and celebration were flawless in design and beauty. The decorations for the reception echoed the “otherworldly realities” whispered in the decor at the altar with fairy figurines and lush greenery everywhere. Other incredible features of the day included a live painter, a photo booth, a “Pride and Prejudice” inspired dance of the bridal party, and a flash mob dance medley made of the bride’s family and close family friends. The whole day was such a sweet celebration for Ainsley and Jay.

Ainsley and Jay were married on August 7, 2021, at Castle Hill of Oxford, Mississippi.

Delia and Cody waited numerous days and months for their wedding day. The Covid-19 Pandemic forced them to postpone and reschedule their day for almost another year. Though it was not the path they chose, it was worth the wait in many ways. It was one of the loveliest wedding days we have ever had the honor to film.

There were so many beautiful aspects of the wedding weekend. The beautifully decorated rehearsal dinner surrounded both of Cody’s siblings as they gave toasts for the happy couple. It was evident that Delia and Cody bring out the very best in each other and that everyone around them was eager to see them married.

The Jefferson transformed into what seemed like a beautiful meadow of intricate floral arrangements. These arrangements were so unique and gorgeous. Delia’s wedding gown was also so uniquely stunning and fit her perfectly. She radiated beauty and happiness from the moment she stepped into it.

Delia and Cody opted to wait until the ceremony to see each other instead of the modern first look. As the bridesmaids and groomsmen walked down the aisle, Cody waited to see his bride. But first, their sweet pups had to walk down front. Cody’s smile beamed when he saw Delia walk forward. It was such an adorable moment. They also had a dear friend and judge say a few words that made the ceremony even more special.

The reception was flawless as the beautifully set long table waited for the bridal party. The white drapes and dance floor made the ballroom of The Jefferson feel light and airy. There were more toasts from the bridal party. Delia changed into a different yet still equally beautiful dress so she could enjoy company and dancing. They even had Wyatt Waters present for a live painting as they cut their gorgeous wedding cake. All these things and more made their day incredible.

Delia and Cody were married on June 19, 2021, at The Jefferson in Oxford, Mississippi.

It's always amazing to celebrate two people who have fallen in love and are ready to get married. But it’s even better when those two people are incredibly beautiful, incredibly kind, and incredibly delightful. That’s who Meagan and Tyler are. Their wedding weekend was above and beyond and we were thrilled to have been able to capture it all on film.

The weekend began on Thursday evening at True Vine Brewing Company where out-of-town guests could gather, meet, and hang out with Meagan and Tyler before the official wedding events began. Pizza, drinks, and karaoke were the staples of Thursday evening. Meagan and Tyler danced and sang classic songs with some of their closest family and lifelong friends.

Friday began with a bridal luncheon honoring Meagan at Willow Brook Country Club. It was such a gorgeous morning including the bride herself. Special toasts were given and there was a charm cake where each of the bridesmaids chose a sweet charm to remember Meagan.

The Rehearsal Dinner was that evening at The Grove. The atmosphere there was lively and classy. Open doors led outside to a beautiful area with lush greenery and blue skies. It was the perfect backdrop to more toasts and speeches. The food, drinks and the company were perfect for Meagan and Tyler.

Saturday morning began the wedding day details. The girls got ready at the lovely lake house at Lago del Pino. The girls lounged in their matching pajamas and enjoyed visiting before the busyness of the day began. The guys hung out together as well playing outdoor games, chatting, and eating barbecue.

Meagan and Tyler decided not to have a first look, so it was of high importance to get photos and film without them seeing each other. Luckily, Marvin United Methodist Church is a large facility and we could easily coordinate locations. Meagan had special moments with her mother, aunt, grandmother, father, step-father, and two brothers. The best reaction to seeing Meagan in her lovely wedding gown was, of course, her bridesmaids! Meagan had a unique blue bow on the back of her dress matching her bridesmaids' dress color and her flower girls. It was so sweet. Another unique aspect was that Meagan’s bridal bouquet was made of orchids! Such a lovely touch! Meagan also, gifted Tyler with a special bow tie for the occasion. Many details of their day were unnoticed by the multitude but had huge sentimental value to the couple. Meagan wore her grandmother's garter. Tyler wore Meagan’s grandfather’s black cowboy boots and his own grandfather’s wedding band. Everything that this couple wanted to incorporate into their day was thoughtfully considered.

When Meagan walked down the aisle, you could see Tyler’s expression. He even had to look down a few times, keeping his composure, but in awe of her being his bride. The wedding was officiated by Meagan’s uncle, Josh Jernigan. A prayer was said by Meagan’s uncle, Jeff. The ceremony was so special and perfect for what this couple wanted.

The celebration was at Lago del Pino where there were tables of food, drinks, and a beautiful lake scene. When guests walked in they were greeted with a Champagne Wall full of glasses ready to sip. Finally, the bus rolled in with the bride, groom, and they were ready to party! Meagan and Tyler and family and friends danced the night away! More toasts and fireworks were other celebratory aspects to honor this happy couple. Nothing else could have topped their night! Meagan and Tyler were married on June 5, 2021, at Marvin United Methodist Church in Tyler, Texas.

Lindsey and Grae, What could be better than getting married to your best friend in the evening and then hours later celebrating the New Year? Absolutely nothing according to Lindsey and Grae. With their busy schedules during the year, having a New Years' Eve wedding not only sounded amazing but it was perfect timing. Though the actual day was cloudy and rainy, nothing could have dampened the excitement and joy for them, their families, and their friends.

Choosing a more traditional route of not having a first look, the day was very laid back and both Grae and Lindsey got to have intentional time with their bridal parties. It was so wonderful to see how much everyone around them loved them and was so excited for them. Lindsey looked breathtaking in her gorgeous wedding gown that had the most beautiful train. She just glowed in it effortlessly. Grae also looked great in a black tuxedo with a white vest and bow tie. The centerpiece of the ceremony, though, was the grand cross decorated in purely white flowers that hung above and between them symbolizing that Christ held them together as one. The ceremony was beautiful as they recited assurances of their love being in, through, and motivated by Christ as well as traditional vows.

The reception that followed included speeches from the father of the bride, father of the groom, maid of honor, and best man. It was evident that both families were more than happy with the partners that their child chose and more than happy to become a family together. It was such a sweet break between the ceremony and the celebration.

The celebration was the biggest one of the year! DJ Derrick played all the right songs. The food was incredible. The beautifully decorated ballroom glowed and glistened elegantly. And to top everything off, a firework show surprised everyone included Lindsey who wanted fireworks for New Year's Eve. It was so much fun! Everyone danced and celebrated until the countdown to the New Year. (What a way to end an eventful/crazy year!) Afterward, everyone lined up outside and sent Lindsey and Grae off with a sparkler exit to ride away in a vintage Rolls Royce. The wedding day of Lindsey and Grae couldn’t have been any sweeter and amazing.

Lindsey and Grae were married on December 31, 2020, at The Jefferson in Oxford, Mississippi.

We have come to love the Mississippi Delta. Every time we go, there is always something new and unique to experience. FaithEllen and Walt’s wedding weekend was no exception. First and foremost, their families and friends were some of the most wonderful and kind people we have ever met. Hands-down, they were the most humble and generous people we have ever had the pleasure to work with on a wedding day. Everything we experienced that weekend was a beautiful display of genuine love for FaithEllen and Walt and their families. FaithEllen and Walt have two sets of parents that are remarkable examples of Christian marriage. They also have siblings who were like best friends. Everything about their families made the weekend even more special.

The night before the wedding, the rehearsal dinner was in the sleepy town of Scott, MS at "5 O’Clock on Deer Creek". It was evident that everyone there had been touched by FaithEllen and Walt’s kindness and joy. Speeches and hilarious stories lasted over an hour. It was truly the perfect way to begin the festivities of the weekend. The next morning as the girls got ready, the boys went to a private hunting lodge right by the beautiful Mississippi River where they shot clay pigeons for hours. Afterward, they ate one of Walt’s favorite meals: fried chicken, mac n cheese, and green beans. (We even got to partake in the meal and literally, it was THE BEST FRIED CHICKEN WE HAVE EVER TASTED.

FaithEllen and Walt waited until the ceremony to see each other for the first time so that made them have plenty of time to hang out with their bridal party. The girls got ready at FaithEllen and Walt’s future home and the guys came to the venue ready. Their venue was unlike any other that we have ever filmed. It was 1 minute down the road from their future home. It was Walt’s family’s airstrip where they fly crop dusters over the delta farmland. It was such a creative and unique place to say their “I do’s.”

Both FaithEllen and Walt wrote letters to each other. You can hear the tenderness and raw emotion as they read them in the film. Their love for each other was so inspiring to witness. The day was cloudy and cold even though it was October. Yet, with it being cloudy, nothing distracted anyone from the beautiful ceremony. It was such a sweet moment watching FaithEllen’s father walk her down the aisle as they both looked at each other with happiness and tenderness. The officiant spoke blessings over the new couple as the ceremony ended.

With the ceremony being at the airport, the reception was just a few steps away in the air hanger! Food trucks from FaithEllen and Walt’s favorite restaurants were ready to feed the masses: Lost Pizza Co., Doe's Eat Place, and Catfish Cabin. That was such a fabulous idea for catering! The cakes were cut and the fantastic "The Band U.S." was ready to entertain for the rest of the night! They did not disappoint. Watching FaithEllen and Walt dance all night together surrounded by their family and friends was such a highlight of the long day of them being apart. To end the night right, everyone waved goodbye to the happy couple with confetti poppers! It was amazing.

FaithEllen and Walt’s wedding weekend is perhaps our favorite wedding we have ever had the honor to film. From their amazing families and friends, the beauty of the ceremony, and the exciting reception, there will never be another celebration like the Stubb's. FaithEllen and Walt were married on October 24, 2020, in Benoit, Mississippi.

For Heather and Ryan, 2020 was a year that they won't forget. A global pandemic, national unrest and uncertainty regarding the presidency, and even more hurricanes than any other year ever reported. Regardless of all that went on in this year, 10/10/20 was THE day for Heather and Ryan. Even with Hurricane Delta making its mark on Vicksburg, nothing was going to stop them from getting married after being together for 11 years!

Heather and her girls got ready in the cutest "Airbnb" in downtown Vicksburg. The house was adorned with antique accents as well as modern amenities that just made the whole atmosphere happy and joyful. It was such an exciting morning.

A few blocks away was the venue where Heather and Ryan would get married and have the reception. The Levee Street Warehouse exuded an urban/rustic vibe. It was perfect for this rainy, yet romantic day.

Heather had the sweetest moment with her dad as he saw her in her wedding dress before the ceremony. They also had time to practice their choreographed dance moves for the father-daughter dance later at the reception. Her dress was beautiful and elegantly showed off her gorgeous tattoo on her shoulder. Heather was stunning!

Heather and Ryan decided to wait until the ceremony to see each other for the first time. It was so amazing watching the two of them say their vows and become husband and wife before their families and friends.

The reception was also such a wonderful celebration. With a live band and many friends who knew Heather through their local theater, choreographed danced moved didn’t stop with the father-daughter dance! A sparkler exit finished out the evening perfectly! It was such a wonderful day despite all that could have dampened it with weather and COVID.

Heather and Ryan were married on October 10, 2020, at Levee Street Warehouse in Vicksburg, MS.

There’s truly no better way, in our opinion, to begin a relationship than with a sweet kiss on the hand. That’s what Garrett did to Reagan on the first day that they met. They didn’t know that the sweet kiss on her hand on a hot August day would lead to lifelong love and a beautiful marriage.

Reagan and Garrett were supposed to be married with a reception and all in May of 2020. However, due to the pandemic, they decided to have a small family-only ceremony and postpone the celebration until September.

The ceremony was so peaceful and the perfect way to start a marriage. They were married in front of Reagan’s parent’s newly built home that used to be their barn where they spent many weekends in Reagan’s childhood. Having their marriage start at this place was so meaningful to Reagan and her family. The horses were even out in the field and watched the small crowd gathered around. Again, due to the pandemic and state-wise social distancing order, some of Reagan’s more extended family tailgated on the other side of the horse fence to watch the ceremony. They also live-streamed the ceremony on Facebook so their friends could watch. Everything from the nervous laughter to the sentimental tears was so sweet.

The reception held about FIVE MONTHS LATER began without missing a beat! All of Reagan and Garrett’s friends were there to celebrate them. Even their Mississippi Bulldogs celebrated them in a way by winning the first game of the football season against LSU! The Band U.S entertained the crowd with classic and rock/country songs for hours. Everything about that night was incredible and won't soon be forgotten!

Reagan and Garrett were married on May 9, 2020, and celebrated on September 26, 2020, on Reagan’s family property.

TEASER FROM MAY

Julie and Brandon are two of the kindest people in the world. It’s a beautiful miracle that through various circumstances and truly One Amazing God brought them together. Their wedding day/celebration originally was planned for May of 2020; however, because of COVID-19, they realized that they weren’t going to be able to carry out that original plan. Yet wanting to begin life together as a married couple, they went ahead and got married in May and postponed the celebration with others until September. It’s not what they had planned, but through it all, it was beautiful to see their joy and the support from those they love.

It was a misty morning in May when Julie and Brandon got ready to make the forever commitment of matrimony to one another. The quaint little "Chapel on the Mountain" was a beautiful setting to have their small and sweet ceremony. Surrounded by their families, Julie and Brandon said their vows and made their commitments to each other known to God and to those they were closest to. During the reception, they were presented with a video from their extended families and friends wishing them well and showing their happiness and support for them. It was such a blessing to see Julie and Brandon covered in such love by those in their lives.

Now, fast forward to September. They were at another altar in front of more people with their bridal party gathered around. This time it was at the Monte Sano State Park with a gorgeous mountain view set behind them. They didn’t renew their vows, but they graciously invited those who were there to celebrate with them just like they would if they had gotten married that day. Their friends and families agreeably complied. They danced, they cheered, they ate a lovely dinner and cake and danced some more. It was a wonderful evening to celebrate the happy couple. Again, it was not what they originally planned, but it was still amazing and sweet.

Julie and Brandon got married on May 23, 2020, at the "Chapel on the Mountain" in Huntsville, Alabama. They celebrated their marriage on September 6, 2020, at Monte Sano State Park in Huntsville, Alabama.

Reagan and Garrett’s small intimate wedding was such a beautiful example of continuing to celebrate love and marriage amid the chaos and uncertainty that COVID-19 has brought to our world. They didn’t let it stop them from marrying the love of their lives. They were excited, happy, joyful, and content with the way their wedding day happened. They were surrounded by family only, yet had a Facebook live stream so that friends could partake in the ceremony.

Reagan and Garrett’s day is a testament that no matter what circumstances surround you, you can still celebrate and marry the one who matters most in your life. It’s a testimony that reminds us that with love all things prevail and nothing is impossible.

Reagan and Garrett were married at the Rhodes family home in Benton, Mississippi on May 9, 2020.

It was a gorgeous Saturday in mid-March if 2020. No rain. No cloud in the sky. No national pandemic. It was truly a blissful, happy, joyful day, especially at First Baptist Church in Starkville, Mississippi, where Mary, her girlfriends, and her family began to get ready for one of the most special days of her life.

To be honest, it was a little nerve-wracking. Mary and Reid decided to have a traditional no-first-look wedding where they would see each other for the first time at the altar. This isn't an uncommon desire, but their wedding was scheduled to begin at 6 p.m. Therefore, all day long, they couldn’t see each other and they had to think about not seeing each other until the big moment!

Mary, however, was calm and content. She laughed with her bridesmaids and stylists all that morning. Then it was time to put on her dress. Never before was there a wedding dress as beautifully designed, perfectly decorated, and elegantly worn like the wedding dress Mary wore. With the sleeves hanging off her shoulders, the attaching long train to add fullness and grace to the back, and her dazzling headband adding to the elegance of her long braided hair, Mary truly was one of THE most beautiful brides we have ever had the opportunity to film. And as beautiful as she was on the outside, she was even more beautiful on the inside, which was truly such a blessing. It was such a pleasure to film Mary’s first look with her dad. Tears of happiness flowed from her mama’s eyes as she watched their reactions. It was so sweet to see a family so happy and excited about the day.

It may have felt like to longest day ever to Reid. He and his groomsmen were stationed in the last room on a dark hall a long way away from where the girls were. However, he had such a great attitude and took seriously the magnitude of the day. He looked great in his black tuxedo.

The ceremony was beautiful, especially Reid’s face when the doors opened and he saw his girl. Even after the ceremony, he just couldn’t take his eyes off her. The reception was held at Dodson Farm where a live band played and delicious food was served in abundance. Even though it was quite chilly, Mary and Reid were sweetly celebrated with family and friends.

Mary and Reid were married on March 7, 2020, at First Baptist Church in Starkville, Mississippi.

Ashley and Billy’s wedding weekend was truly a nonstop celebration of friendships and family with a beautiful ceremony joining them both together. Nowhere else seemed to be the perfect place other than Destin, Florida.

On Friday before the wedding day, Ashley and Billy made plans to be with their bridal party. Billy and his guys played golf around the Sandestin Resort. Ashley and her girls had brunch at a nearby local restaurant. She showered her girls with special gifts customized just for them. The rehearsal dinner showcased special toasts and words from Billy’s mom, dad, and sister.

The day of the wedding was such a treasure to capture on film. Ashley and her girls got ready at the penthouse of The Grand Sandestin at the Sandestin Resort. Even Ashley’s beloved family dog came and got his tuxedo on. It was so special to see Ashley’s mom and grandmother there watching and enjoying the excitement and joy. Instead of having a first look, Ashley and Billy decided to exchange letters and wait until she walked down to the altar to see each other. It was so sweet watching their expressions when they read the letters from each other. Before heading to the beautiful catholic church, Ashley had a special first look with her dad. He was so happy seeing her in her gorgeous gown ready to marry the love of her life.

Saint Rita’s Catholic Church was breathtaking with its high vaulted ceilings magnified with its dark wooden beams. The display of the crucifix of Jesus Christ hung above the holy altar accompanied by two Mary and Child portraits on the left and right. It is truly a stunning scene in and of itself. As Billy waited for his bride to come in, music played and family and friends who came watched with anticipation. Finally, Ashley came in and Billy’s reaction was filled with genuine awe and joy.

Their ceremony was a full Catholic Mass that incorporated members of both sides of their families. Both grandfathers read specially selected passages of scripture. Billy’s dad read a special prayer. The mothers were asked to bring forth the sacraments of the communion. It was such an intentional and thoughtful ceremony.

The reception was held back at The Grand Sandestin in the newly renovated Azalea Ballroom. It was awe-inspiringly decorated with touches of light pink and gold accents. Elegant mini lounges were formed in the cocktail area and the ballroom. It was stunning and it was all topped off with an ode to Ashley and Billy’s favorite show, the Office, as the Bridal Party entered into the party to Chris Brown’s “Forever,” choreographed dance moves and all! Speeches from Ashley’s dad and several members of the bridal party made the celebration even more special. It was so apparent that everyone that was there loved Ashley and Billy very much. Almost every aspect of the whole weekend was filled with intentionality and sincerity.

Ashley and Billy were married on February 1, 2020, at Saint Rita’s Catholic Church in Destin, Florida.

There is no better way to celebrate the new year than to marry your best friend. For 2020, Katie and Hunter started the new year ready for a lifelong commitment to always be their New Years' kiss by becoming husband and wife. On the first Saturday of the year, they said so long to being single and said hello to forever.

Katie and Hunter are two of the most sincere and caring people. They truly are such a beautiful example of true and steadfast love. With years of separation and miles between them, their love only grew stronger. Their wedding day was filled to the brim with sentimental moments, to heartfelt love letters, and moments directing their gazes from each other to God. Katie’s younger brother even had the honor to walk her down the aisle.

Katie flowed effortlessly in her mermaid-style wedding gown. With hints of dazzlingly embellishments all over it, making her truly glow. When Hunter saw Katie for the first time walking down the aisle to meet him at the alter, you could see how emotional and taken aback he was staring at his bride. It was such a sweet moment to capture.

Their vows and exchanging of rings were all encapsulated with the final moment of private prayer with their pastor. Finally, they were husband and wife! Their reception that followed did not lack other sweet sentimental moments. The best man, matron of honor, and a friend shared speeches about the wonderful couple. Dancing and live music followed. It was such a reflection of how to love Katie and Hunter are by their friends and family.

Katie and Hunter were married on January 4, 2020, at the Windmill Station in Dothan, Alabama.

Britt and Brooke met when they both started new jobs at an apartment complex in Starkville, Mississippi. With Brooke’s bubbly personality and gorgeous smile and Britt’s muscles and sincere charm, it didn’t take long for them to fall in love. Their wedding day overflowed with sweet sentimental details of past family members and the community that supported them throughout their whole lives.

Brooke and Britt decided to wait until the ceremony to see each other. During the day Brooke and her bridesmaids had a blast singing their favorite songs, dancing, and laughing together. They were astonished when they saw her in her wedding gown. The beautiful material swayed wonderfully when Brooke twirled.

When it was time for the ceremony, a group of Lafayette County deputies came in and sat in a row near the front to honor Brooke’s late grandfather who was the county sheriff for many years. As Brooke walked down the aisle escorted by her grandmother, they placed a white rose on a chair in the front row where his hat sat. It was very apparent that Brooke’s love for her grandfather was honored in the sweetest ways. Even though he was not physically present, his life and legacy were displayed with pride and respect, which is exactly what Brooke and Britt wanted.

The reception afterward was filled with food from Taylor Grocery and dancing with a live band. Britt and Brooke were married on July 6, 2019, at the Jefferson in Oxford, Mississippi.

The Mississippi Delta may be Mississippi’s hidden gem. With the revitalization of many of the small towns, even other Mississippian’s have become tourists as they re-explore and experience the quaintness and loveliness of the scenery.

Parker grew up in the bustling town of Cleveland, Mississippi. On the day of his wedding, he and his groomsmen and ushers went and played basketball at his high school. The night before the wedding, the rehearsal dinner was held in the popular and elegant Grammy Museum. The downtown area of Cleveland had a cute farmers market in the middle of where the old railroad tracks came through and local shops and restaurants only added to the charm of the city. A few blocks away, First Baptist Church of Cleveland stands as a historical landmark of heritage and hope. Places like these shaped the wedding day of Parker and Ali.

Ali was so excited to show her bridesmaids her wedding gown. She looked stunning in it with the cut off shoulders and long silk train. Parker and Ali read letters to each other that day which only increased the excitement and anticipation of waiting until the actual ceremony to see one another. Taking this traditional route, it was such a blessing to see Parker’s face and real emotion come to the surface as his beautiful bride walked down the aisle.

Many other aspects can be said of the wedding day itself from the lovely details to the sentiment of the ceremony, but one aspect of the weekend made more of an impact on those who experienced it. The rehearsal dinner was wonderful. The Grammy Museum was awesome to look through and learn from. However, it was the speeches and toasts from the family and friends that truly reflected the character of Parker and Ali. Usually, the family and maybe a few of the party would speak, but not this rehearsal dinner. Nearly everyone who was there spoke of the impact that both Parker and Ali had on their lives. Truly it was astounding to see just how much they cared and loved so well those who were in their lives. It truly was a testament of the character and integrity that both Parker and Ali have both individually and now together as a united couple.

The reception was held at the Warehouse where the band rocked and people danced for hours. The celebration was perfect! To end the night Parker and Ali raced toward the limo as confetti cascaded down all around them.

Parker and Ali were married on June 22, 2019, at First Baptist Church in Cleveland, Mississippi.

“The blessing of the Lord—it makes truly rich, and He adds no sorrow with it” Proverbs 10:22 was the blessing Joel read on his wedding day over his marriage to Jalissa. Most people wouldn’t know all the prayers, intentional preparations, and detailed planning that took place to truly consecrate this day above all other wedding days. For Joel and Jalissa, this day was one they yearned for many years prior; this day was one they patiently waited upon the Lord for; this day was to be not only displaying the sacred aspects of a marriage covenant, but it was to exceedingly glorify the Lord God above all else.

Joel and Jalissa’s wedding day was truly a display of what the heavenly feast may look like. People of many nations, backgrounds, and experiences came together to behold a holy and sacred moment in the midst of everyday life- a wedding ceremony and celebration. Jalissa flowed in her wedding gown radiating the beauty of a woman of strength and dignity. She truly embodied a woman spoken of in Proverbs 31. Joel was nervous until the point where he got to hold Jalissa’s hand as they read sweet letters that the other had written.

But it wasn’t until the bride walked down the aisle escorted by her older brother that the groom got to behold her. Every aspect of the ceremony had meaning and purposefully directed everyone’s gazes not upon the couple, but upon the true and perfect lover of our souls, Christ Jesus.

At the celebration, intentionality encompassed every passing moment. From speeches from family and friends to passing out slices of the wedding cake to every individual person, for Joel and Jalissa this wasn’t just a party; the reception continued to praise and glorify the Lord. Jalissa even prepared a special song dedicated to her mother in which she used American Sign Language to sing all the words. Joel got to enjoy a moment of dancing with his mother and one of his brothers who came all the way from Uganda.

Joel and Jalissa have dedicated their lives to Jesus and it was only fitting for them to intentionally dedicate their wedding day to Him as well.

Joel and Jalissa were married on May 18, 2019, at Harvest Church in Memphis, Tennessee.

The wedding day of Lindsey and Tony was a day like none other. Gathered at Heartwood Hall in Rossville, Tennessee, Lindsey and Tony made heartfelt speeches and vows to one another in front of their friends and families. They decided to do the traditional first look as she walked down the aisle being escorted by her beloved father. Lindsey was truly stunning in her sleek form-fitting wedding gown adorned with an elegant high neckline. Tony was tenderly struck with awe and emotion when he saw her walking toward him. The moments of sporadic rain couldn’t dampen their excitement and love during the ceremony.

The celebration afterward was absolutely incredible. Many family members of both sides were able to attend, including a large group of Lindsey’s family. They brought such fun and distinctive touches to the celebration including belly dancing, eclectic music, and more. Lindsey and Tony’s first dance was beautifully and wonderfully choreographed and the speeches from the maid of honor, best man, and father of the bride only added to the sweet sentiment of the night.

Lindsey’s father said it best when he said that “Lindsey and Tony are going to make a lovely couple,” because they are truly lovely people whose love for one another is an inspiration to everybody who knows them. Lindsey and Tony were married on November 2, 2018, at Heartwood Hall in Rossville, Tennessee.

We watched everything and couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Perfection. We loved the audio of the speeches coming in and out with the music. The replay movements. Those special happy moments that I didn’t realize at the time, like hugging my dad and Anthony and I singing to one another. The finale ending with the arabic music. I feel like we are reliving the day and it’s amazing!
