The rolling plains of the harvested fields in the Mississippi Delta are a picture of the coming winter in the south. The year was almost complete, but there was still one more thing to do. Adyson and Paxton's wedding day was finally here in late November. It was such a gorgeous day with such an incredible couple.
The day began at Kutworkz, a salon and boutique in downtown Cleveland, Mississippi. All the girls, including Adyson, were almost ready before it was time to start the day. Everyone was excited for their happy friends to get married. After finishing touches of hair and makeup, Adyson, her mother and sister, and her mother-in-law went to the Grammy Museum Mississippi where the reception would be held. When Adyson stepped into her lovely wedding gown, she looked so beautiful. Her gown was sleek, with a fit-and-flare silhouette and a sweet bow. She had first looks with her bridesmaids, father, and Paxton at the Grammy Museum. After Paxton saw his bride, their sweet pup came to take some photos before they walked over to Delta State University to take more pictures. The bridal party was all ready to go and play their part to make Adyson and Paxton's day special.
The ceremony took place at Morrison Chapel Baptist Church. There, they had a quiet moment to read letters to each other expressing their thoughts on their big day. During the ceremony, commitments were said and rings were exchanged in front of a multitude of guests. Finally, this long-time couple was finally married. As they exited the ceremony, white rose petals were thrown to congratulate them.
The reception took place at the Grammy Museum Mississippi. Tables of food catered by "The Pharm" were filled to the brim with delicious food. The band, Spunk Monkees, was set up and ready to get people on the dance floor. Adyson and Paxton were introduced, and they danced their first dance together as husband and wife. So many people came to show their support for these great people. After dancing and cutting the cake, pompoms were in the air as Adyson and Paxton exited the reception into a vintage convertible. Their love for each other and their special day was such a privilege to be a small part of it.
Adyson and Paxton were married on November 23, 2024, at Morrison Chapel Baptist Church in Cleveland, Mississippi.
